San Rafael, California
I crashed through a windshield breaking my spine when I was 24 years old causing paralysis in my lower body. When I didn’t fully recover in one year, that traumatic moment ended my life as a modern dancer/choreographer with the American Dance Asylum. That injury caused extensive
damage to my spine. Since I turned 50 years old, the damage has created increasing amounts of pain plus other physical challenges.
Although I lead a healthy lifestyle, take nutritional supplements, and exercise regularly my team of medical doctors had only been able to provide temporary relief.
The Next Generation of Regenerative Healthcare
But then I was introduced to a new possibility. You may have heard of stem cell therapy. What I found is the next generation of regenerative healthcare. Stem cells have their problems and are mostly not permitted to be used in the United States. Your body may reject the new DNA from stem cells and you would have spent your money for nothing – no benefit. Also, there’s a possibility that the stem cells may stimulate the growth of cancer. Finally, if you need an organ transplant later in life, you would not qualify because the DNA from the stem cells would interfere with the DNA of the organ transplant.
Plus stem cells don’t do the work of repair and regeneration anyway. Stem cells produce extracellular vesicles called exosomes. Faced with inflammation from injury, infection, or toxins, stem cells produce exosomes packed with anti-inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, and repair molecules. Have you noticed how small children usually recover quickly from health challenges, but not older folks? That’s because children produce an abundance of exosomes.
Unfortunately, around the age of 30, people begin to see changes in skin and their ability to recover when sick or injured. Then by 50 or 60, humans have lost their ability to produce exosomes.
At my current age of 73, I was beginning to feel I was losing the battle to keep my body happy and able to do the things I need and love to do.
Choosing Safety and Efficacy for My Recovery
After finding out about the regenerative properties specifically of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) exosomes, I did a deep dive into researching the best company to work with. I found there is only one that has performed the necessary steps to prove safety and efficacy with more than 27,000 patients.
So on Monday, April 20, 2026 I began my exosome journey. I had an IV infusion of their MSC exosomes. Here is a diary of my journey so far.

My Daily Exosome Diary and Results
While being infused, I felt power in my chest and head. After the infusion, when I was walking to my car, I felt no more arthritis pain in my hands. I had been troubled with that pain for years.
A few minutes later, I felt energy pulsing inside my chest and the organs in my abdomen. Then I felt really tired. I guess my body needed rest to assimilate all these new changes.
April 21 I feel a bit of a headache and a little tension in my throat. I was told this might happen because the exosomes help my body remove toxins and bad bugs that it hasn’t had the energy to get rid of before.
I am more flexible. I was able to wash both of my feet, one at a time, in my sink without
almost falling over like I did in the past.
Laying in bed that night, I noticed a sense of opening in my face, particularly on the right side, which was the first part of me that
smashed through the windshield almost 50 years ago.
Even though my chiropractor does non- force techniques, we heard a loud clunk as the vertebra that had been crushed realigned during
lumbar traction. That was the biggest release ever in that area of my spine since the accident.

Tracking My Progress and Unexpected Relief
April 25 I have had significant pain in my left neck and shoulder after bad exercise instruction from a physical therapist. That pain has plagued me for months. I wasn’t sure I would be able to swim this season because it hurt so much to use my arm. But that pain has now disappeared.
May 13 I have been traveling on vacation and with family. Here’s what I’ve noticed since April 25. The numbness in my left arm and hand has diminished. Plus the area of numbness in my feet has gotten smaller in size.
Since being on vacation, I have not been as careful with my diet of staying off US cow dairy and sugar. Plus too many airplane rides has sometimes caused significant stress. With that, I’ve noticed a return of some numbness in my left hand and pain in my left shoulder that had disappeared after the IV infusion. But surprisingly that flare up resolved within a couple of hours.
May 17 Multiple skin tags under my breasts on my chest have significantly decreased in size and number.
May 21 My metabolism is changing. My blood sugar regulation has improved. I have less craving for carbs and sweets and I am eating less. My weight has decreased by 5 pounds – happily.
May 26 The skin tags have now completely disappeared. Also, my bladder is able to hold more volume decreasing urgency and it’s easier to have a bowel movement.
Addressing Vision and Future Milestones
Since I have wet and dry macular degeneration, during the complementary consultation with their medical doctor, he recommended that I also nebulize their MSC exosomes to help my eyes. Sadly, my vision had deteriorated so much that the little numbers showin the time of day on my Google Calendar were fading into fuzzy gray spots. I could not recognize what the numbers were anymore.

May 23 But after the first time I did the nebulization therapy with their MSC exosomes, I was able to see those tiny numbers again.
May 26 I’m so happy to share this information with you. As a Chiropractor my purpose is to eliminate suffering and to elevate well-being. Last night I realized that instead of always having pain somewhere now, after my MSC exosome IV infusion, I almost never have pain. And my vision has already started to improve. The medical consultant said that we should reassess my progress in three months. That’s 2 to 3 more months to discover what else may improve in my regenerative exosome journey.
I’m excited!
