Reebok launches first-ever Instagram-based virtual run through San Francisco

CANTON, Mass. – April 14, 2015– Global fitness leader Reebok launched Hunt For The Pump – the first-ever Instagram-based virtual run through San Francisco that offers fans the chance to win a pair of all-new Reebok ZPump Fusion.

The inventive social game, hosted entirely on Instagram, drops players into a first person urban run around the streets of San Francisco, taking them on a journey to various inspirational landmarks. Beginning at a specially designed Instagram account acting as the start line for the run – @zpump_startingline – users will search the account’s grid of photographs in a hunt for the iconic Pump ball which will be hidden within the images.

Once The Pump ball has been found on the picture, consumers simply like the photo and click the associated tag on The Pump ball to go to the next Instagram account, continuing the “run”. Once users find and click all The Pump balls, like each photo and reach the finish line, they have the chance to enter the draw to win a pair of new Reebok ZPump Fusion.
