Time to start gearing up for Fall’s wears. Some style’s are a retro remix from past years while others are more reminiscent of spring or summer. Either way, this year if you are dressing on trend you be anything but boring.
Do go back to the 70’s for a shearling coat by Vince, or for something lighter this leather Ted Baker jacket with zippered sleeves that transforms into a vest.
Do go back to school in your finest prep or plaid with Theory’s Adraya dress in Rhythm, Trina Turk’s collared Joelle Dress, or Baum und Pferdgarten’s Malia Shell top in plaid.
Do keep things casual and comfy in a relaxed jean. Somewhere in between a boyfriend jean and relaxed fit are the 9015 Johnnys.
Do keep warm and cozy in a chunky sweater or cape. Styles to cover up in are the Karen mohair knit sweater by Supertrash and the organic zipper cape by Myrrhia Fine Knitwear.
Do play tricks on the eye in a Marc Jacob’s Jackson Sweater, a NYLA Midlength Skirt by Alice and Olivia, or for the full effect a Paul & Joe Robe Ikar Rouge dress.
Do give your summer jumpers and overalls an overhaul and hop on in the Quincy Overalls by Citizens of Humanity or the Campberwell Cross Strap Jumpsuit by AQ/AQ.
Do wake up your dreary fall days with a splash of neon in the Linda Wool Wrap Dress or Silk Shift Dress both by Diane von Furstenberg or the Ted Baker Heavy Skater Skirt in tangerine.
Do take it back to the psychedelic era with a 60’s getup in the Racer Rib Fitted Crepe top by Cynthia Rowley. For an even more daring look slip on the Giant Snowdrop Sixties shift dress by Orla Kiely.
Do get romantic with a sheer and lacey Nancy Blouse by Rag & Bone, paired with Anthropologie’s Floral Charlie Trousers.
