On March 2nd, Filson (the Seattle-based outfitter) opened their first California store in San Francisco’s Jackson Square. The new store offers Filson’s full line-up of bags and clothing. The décor includes original photographs from Asahel Curtis and a hanging canoe. During the Grand Opening Celebration, Tyler Florence and Paula LeDuc Catering served cocktails and bites while guests had a chance to meet Filson’s Creative Director, Alex Carleton. Kid Trails played live music and Revival Tintype Studio captured vintage keepsakes for guests.
“There is an immediate connection between Filson and San Francisco. In a city rich with history, Filson is excited to share our own 119-year-old Seattle-based brand with the Bay Area.”
– Alex Carleton, Creative Director
